Tacoma Neighborhood

Today, I decided to spend some time at Wright park located in our neighborhood. Wright park is a nice park located on the back side of Tacoma. A lot of people out walking, running, playing basketball and grilling while they listen to music and visit with family and friends. The park itself has over 50-different trees with plenty of grass space to lay around. And there are fountain ponds to enjoy! A bonus, there is a 1.1 mile running trail to work up a sweat.

The other thing I like about my neighborhood is that it’s location is downtown with lots to enjoy from supermarket to coffee shops to theatre to YMCA to small business of various sorts. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. And I might add, there is the METRO of both buses and light rail to move around not only in Tacoma but, if desired, to head up to Seattle to enjoy some night music.

The last thing I like about my neighborhood is the diverse residential buildings from single houses to Condos to Multi-houses to Apartments. Really beautiful diverse types of residential spaces. And so, I am excited to get to know more about my neighborhood. Well, off for a walk in my neighborhood to enjoy the people. Have a great week!
